Yes we accept almost all health insurance plans either in or out of network. Often most people only have to cover is their copay amount.
How do I choose a therapist?
Our experienced office staff have years of experience in matching the client with their therapist. During the initial telephone consultation they will attempt to find you a therapist who fits your personality and goals for treatment.
Do you offer a sliding fee scale?
Yes. If your insurance benefits prohibit you from receiving services through them or you are experiencing financial hardship our staff will work hard to help you get the services that you need.
Do I have to handle my own billing?
No. Our office will handle all of your billing needs. We will submit the necessary paperwork to your insurance company and continue to work to make sure you get the benefits you are entitled to.
Who benefits from psychotherapy?
Anyone can benefit from psychotherapy. Whether you need short term help or longer term treatment having support and someone to talk to is always beneficial.
Confidentiality?
All information that you share with your therapist is subject to confidentiality laws and cannot be shared with any outside party unless you provide written permission.

Our cancellation policy for missed appointments is typically 24 hours notice for all cancelled appointments to avoid having to pay for the session. However, each therapist has their own way of handling cancellations and this should be discussed at the time of the first appointment.

- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which you therapist is required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, your therapist must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
- If a client intends to harm himself or herself, your therapist will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in insuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, your therapist will take further measures without their permission that are provided to your therapist by law in order to ensure their safety.
